Aromas in a three noses game. An approach to our view of wines, their aromas and their inspiration to create dishes. How to associate perfumes with wines and perfumes as a source of inspiration to create dishes.
About the speaker: Josep Roca (Girona, 1966) is maître-sommelier and co-owner of El Celler de Can Roca. 3* Michelin and awarded best restaurant in the world on the list of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2013 and 2015. Josep is a United Nations Goodwill Ambassador for UNDP ODS 2030. AS founding member of the Catalan Sommeliers Association, he trains and leads the sommelier specialization course with the Universitat de Girona Foundation for more than 20 years.
