Now, we are looking for a Regional B2B Sales Manager for the Greek market to join our growing team and help expand our brand presence across Europe.

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping MiiN’s B2B strategy, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in your territory. Please note:

  • The position is based in Barcelona.
  • Native in Greek and fluency in English are required.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Achieve growth and sales objectives within the Greek market and other assigned European territories.
  • Implement and follow the strategic sales plan to expand the company s customer base and strengthen brand presence.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize commercial results.
  • Identify market opportunities and actively expand the client database.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all account management matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and develop business opportunities across assigned territories.
  • Provide solutions to complex client requests or escalations when needed.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports.
  • Travel abroad to meet clients and attend trade shows.

Minimum requirements

What are we looking for?

  • Native in Greek and fluency in English (Spanish or additional languages are considered a plus).
  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales.
  • Great listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Client-focused with a strong ability to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
  • A candidate who excels in teamwork and demonstrates strong capability in independently managing responsibilities.
