Company Background 

TPS RENTAL SYSTEMS GmbH &CO .KG, part of TPS RENTAL SYSTEMS LTD, is leader in the hire of intermediate bulk containers (IBCs) and in the sale of liquid liner bag and accessories products for IBCs.

Role Summary 

The candidate, he or she, will provide a valuable back-office support to the Iberia Area Manager to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently and that a high quality service is provided to the current and new TPS customers in the territory.

Essential duties and responsabilities (Role Overview)  

  • Demonstrate a strong adherence to Corporate and Business Unit ethics policies
  • Support the Area Manager in the implementation of Account/Sales Strategy also being in direct touch with customers
  • Work closely with the Area Manager to assure best business practices in communication and teamwork
  • Acquire a good knowledge and understanding of the technical solutions of the TPS products offer
  • Manage and supervise all the operative part related to the orders, from the receipt of the order and its acknowledgment, to the delivery of the TPS products. This includes manage all the related documents, organize transport, communicate internally with the Italian, German and British office and externally to suppliers and to customers and use the internal CRM platform

  • Experience in similar roles, preferably in the packaging industry
  • High customer service orientation
  • Precise, well organized, with a lot of attention to details
  • Able to take the initiative and prioritise
  • Able to become indipendent in his or her job, trying to find solutions to solve problems
  • Excellent Spanish and English,
  • Good Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills


  • Training to be done in Piacenza – Italy (TBC)
  • The candidate will be employed under local employment law
