Barcelona, January 12, 2026. The Beauty Cluster and the Spanish Association of Cosmetic Ingredients (AEIC) strengthen their collaboration with the renewal of their framework agreement for 2026 and 2027, reaffirming their commitment to boosting the competitiveness of the Spanish cosmetics industry.
The agreement was signed by David Garcia, President of the Beauty Cluster, and Óscar Expósito, President of AEIC, consolidating a strategic alliance aimed at generating real synergies between both entities and providing greater value to their respective members.
A collaboration focused on value for the sector
The renewal of the agreement will allow the continued development of joint initiatives in key areas such as:
- Regulation and regulatory updates, with a particular focus on sharing relevant developments for the sector.
- Specialised training, through joint training actions aimed at professionals across the entire value chain.
- High-value sector content, through the creation and dissemination of technical and strategic knowledge.
- Strategic events, highlighting initiatives such as the Spain Cosmetic Ingredients | Regulatory Summit.
The collaboration is structured through a Joint Collaboration Committee, responsible for coordinating shared actions and projects, and for exploring new opportunities such as joint events, shared resources and models that facilitate collaboration between companies from both associations.
Two organisations, one shared vision
The Beauty Cluster is the leading cluster association for the cosmetics, perfumery and personal care industry in Spain, with more than 250 companies representing the entire sector value chain. Its mission is to promote collaboration, innovation, training, internationalisation and transformation among its member companies.
AEIC, in turn, represents companies supplying cosmetic ingredients, playing a key role in areas such as regulation, safety, innovation and the transfer of technical knowledge.
With this renewal, both entities move towards a more connected, informed and competitive industry, maintaining their independence and committing to an open collaboration model aligned with the current and future challenges of the cosmetics sector.
