Barcelona, 14 January 2022. The Beauty Cluster has presented the first Yearbook of suppliers of the Spanish cosmetics, perfumery and personal care industry. A digital and physical guide that includes information on the supplier companies of the entire value chain.
The main objective of this yearbook is to highlight the national sector and strengthen commercial relations. A reference to discover innovation, understand, know the sector and its proximity possibilities to cover the business needs of any company.
“Some time ago we detected the need to connect supply and demand, which led to the Marketplace project, now scaled up to an international level. This time, we wanted to go further, creating a physical tool that could serve as a manual for possible needs. This is a great opportunity to reconnect and strengthen the national sector” said Ivan Borrego, General Manager of Beauty Cluster.
In its 2022 edition, the Suppliers’ Yearbook will be divided into 8 main categories:
- Advisory, consultancy and other services
- Testing and scientific-technical services
- Packaging
- Raw materials and active ingredients for cosmetics
- Essences, fragrances and perfume creation
- Third-party manufacturers, equipment and appliances
- Design, marketing, communication and digitalisation
- Point of sale and consumer experience
It will contain information on more than 160 supplier companies in the sector, each one with its individual detailed file with the products and/or services it can provide. However, as the cluster has stated, it is a living document that will be continuously updated according to needs and requirements.
Participation in the Yearbook is free of charge and exclusively for Beauty Cluster member companies. The deadline for submitting updated information is 21 January 2022.
