WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Vytrus is looking for a creative, dynamic, organized intern with a designer’s soul and willingness to learn, who will be responsible for:

  • Graphic design of Marketing and Sales tools (brochures, presentations, catalogs, landing pages, videos, etc.)
  • Design of online and offline advertising materials (banners, email creatives, etc.)
  • Social media management (content and visual creation)
  • Website management (CMS content and visual design)
  • Creative support for digital marketing actions within our CRM (email campaigns, landing pages, forms, etc.)
  • Assistance in organizing offline and online events such as trade fairs, webinars, client seminars, etc.
  • Following our brand guidelines in all marketing actions
  • Support with press release writing and distribution
  • Occasional graphic design support for other departments (Corporate/Internal Communications, Management, etc.)
  • Collaboration with external vendors, agencies and partners for marketing-related tasks

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE:

  • Possibility of signing an internship agreement with your university or business school
  • Degree or Master’s in Graphic Design, Advertising & PR, Communication, Marketing or similar
  • Graphic design knowledge or willingness to learn (required)
  • High level of English and Spanish (spoken and written). Other languages are a plus
  • Intermediate skills in graphic design software and MS Office (required)
  • Previous experience using CRM and/or in Marketing and the cosmetics industry is a plus
  • Positive and proactive attitude, customer orientation, organizational skills and willingness to grow
  • Teamwork skills
