Job description:
As an operative within the sea freight department at GRUP MET, you will be responsible for coordinating, launching and managing all types of maritime shipments for the company, whether import or export, and for any type of goods. You will also be responsible for invoicing the corresponding files and/or clients managed in your daily work.
Main responsibilities:
- Customer contact.
- Operational launch and management of shipments.
- Participation in quotations required by the department.
- Coordination with different suppliers and international agents.
Qualifications:
- Secondary or higher education, or a related field; relevant master’s degree/certification.
- Proven work experience as a sea freight operative in the sector.
- People- and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

The Seafreight Operations Agent will report directly to the Operations Manager.
- Continuous training (DGR, IATA, master’s programs, language courses, office software, etc.).
The Airfreight Operations Agent will report directly to the Airfreight Manager.
