May 31, 2018. Beauty Cluster Barcelona participated in the International Conference of LIFE Sciences and Technology for WELLBEING in Cluj, Romania.
Invited by the Transylvania Lifestyle cluster, the BCB made a presentation on the cluster model to develop the competitiveness of companies in the cosmetics sector, with special emphasis on the importance of internationalization activities to boost the dynamism of the industry.
In this framework, the participating clusters of the European Cosmetics 4 Wellbeing Project, which has the financial support of the European Commission’s CosmeGoInternational program and aims to improve the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by developing a strategy of internationalization, met to decide the countries that will be object of study that facilitate the promotion of products and / or services abroad of the associated companies.
In this meeting, the project leaders also presented their work packages, the following ones were defined and the specific objectives to be fulfilled in the short term. The next meeting will be held in October in Paris as part of the Cosmetic 360 fair organized by Cosmetic Valley.
