THE BCB STRENGTHENS ITS INTERNATIONAL PRESENCE

October 22th, 2018. The Beauty Cluster Barcelona attended the fourth edition of the Cosmetic 360 international fair. Within the framework of the event, the BCB organized and participated in various networking activities with the aim of consolidating its partnership with different international actors of the Cosmetics and perfumery sector.

Together with the Japan Cosmetic Center (JCC), the BCB continued the tradition by organizing the fourth edition of the networking dinner between companies associated with the two entities. The meeting was attended by a score of Japanese businessmen and also attended by entities such as Catalonia Trade Investment Paris and JA Karatsu.

This year, Beauty Cluster Barcelona attended for the first time the Dinner Gala organized by Cosmetic Valley, the cluster of cosmetics and perfumery reference in France, where the new president of the BCB, Tim Eaves, made contact with several players of the international network of contacts Of the entity.

 

Finally, the third follow-up meeting of the European Project “Cosmetics 4 Wellbeing” was held, which aims to improve the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by developing an internationalization strategy.

In addition, the Beauty Cluster Barcelona team went to Chartres to learn about the project of the recently inaugurated International Beauty and Cosmetics Business School founded by Régine Ferrere and that will occupy more than 3,000 m2 in the cosmetic capital of France. The cluster was able to see the project first-hand and see opportunities for future collaboration in international programs.
