The global headquarters of packaging provider Quadpack Group in Barcelona, Spain, today hosted the formalisation of a new agreement between Beauty Cluster Barcelona and the Japan Cosmetic Center. The agreement will facilitate export between the two organisations, giving members direct access to products, beauty companies and distributors.
Ivan Borrego, head of Beauty Cluster Barcelona, commented: “This agreement helps allow us to achieve our objective of boosting internationalisation of our members, reducing risk and projecting the quality of local cosmetics worldwide.”
Quadpack Group has been a member of Beauty Cluster Barcelona since its inception in May 2014, which now has over 50 members which cover the breadth of the beauty value chain.
Quadpack CEO Tim Eaves said: “Beauty Cluster Barcelona is a dynamic organisation which actively promotes the ‘Barcelona’ brand on an international level. Today’s agreement is typical of this, opening doors to new markets and encouraging all players in the beauty sector to work together in a spirit of partnership and mutual benefit.”
