We are a family business from Barcelona, a leader in the distribution of ethyl alcohol and the manufacture of disinfectant, pesticide and cosmetic products for both the Spanish and European markets.
Since our birth in 1889 we have not stopped growing. We divide our activity into 2 companies: Alcoholes Montplet and Laboratorios Montplet.
- Alcoholes Montplet is specialized in the industrial distribution and marketing of ethyl alcohols, alcoholic mixtures and other solvents, being present in more than 20 countries internationally.
- Laboratorios Montplet specializes in the production, packaging and distribution of antiseptic products, insect repellents, pediculicides and personal care products.
At Montplet we have always opted for R&D to continue growing and offer top-level products that meet the needs of the market.
We manufacture for leading companies in each of their markets and we also create and produce our own brands, such as Montplet or Newell.
Sustainability and the zero-waste philosophy are increasingly important in society and Montplet is aware of this: we want to contribute as much as possible to the improvement of processes, in all stages of manufacturing and distribution of our products, always thinking about reducing the ecological footprint and caring for and respecting the environment.
