- The Beauty Cluster, an entity that brings together more than 200 companies in the beauty sector, has launched the ‘E-commerce Expert in Beauty (EEB)‘ program, the first training specialized in online commerce of cosmetics, perfumery, aesthetics and personal care.
- The program, which will be developed entirely online during 2021, is accredited by the Beauty Business School and directed by Álex Vallbona, president of Birchbox in Europe.
- The online commerce of cosmetics, perfumery, aesthetics and personal care has experienced a great growth after the pandemic, generating employment and promoting the internationalization of the Spanish beauty sector.
- The program has the collaboration of trainers, experts and digital companies of the industry who have worked during the last 4 months creating a program with specific material for the sector.
Barcelona, November 19th, 2020. The Beauty Cluster, an entity founded in 2014 and which brings together 200 Spanish companies in the beauty value chain, has announced the launch of the ‘E-commerce Expert in Beauty (EEB)’ training program, specialized in online commerce of products from the beauty sector in Spain.
The EEB will be the only one in the market totally focused on the beauty sector. A program that will allow the participant to learn from leading professionals within the industry, with real case studies of the sector and eminently practical master sessions that will allow the participant to acquire the necessary tools to transform their companies. A high-level program that will bring together excellent content, teachers and collaborators committed to the project and willing to train the leaders who will transform the beauty ecommerce.
The program, whose first edition will start in early 2021, will instruct 20 participants in each edition over 150 hours of training. It will prepare the student to learn how to design, launch and optimize an e-commerce oriented to the Beauty sector, identifying the key factors based on the different electronic business models, with a clear orientation to results, and to also learn critical aspects such as communication , the quality and the parameterization of times and indicators.
Students will receive a degree accredited by the Beauty Business School, the first business training entity in the beauty sector, promoted by the Beauty Cluster, develops exclusive training programs for the industry. The program will be directed by Álex Vallbona, president of Birchbox in Europe. Likewise, the program has the collaboration of two main coordinators: Sara Jiménez from Miin Korean Cosmetics and Chen Yue from Laboratorios Phergal.
The program is part of the Beauty Cluster’s support activities for the economic recovery of the beauty sector through an intense program to support digitization as a key tool to increase its competitiveness and internationalization.
