When talking about female leadership, we talk about the fight for dreams, that triumph only comes after sacrifices, having overflowing agendas, juggling to reconcile family and work life, the absence of schedules, etc. And there is also talk of being up to the task, of having to function in male environments, of feeling extra observed and of always having to maintain an impeccable image.
Being a leading woman and in the beauty sector accuses this discourse more. The demands on image and performance may be higher.
From the Beauty Cluster and the Beauty Business School we want to create a parenthesis in a day as outstanding as March 08 to speak with authentic architects of female leadership in the beauty sector. And we want to talk to them about their life stories, their professional experience, the difficulties and opportunities they have encountered and, above all, the learning they have done.
We want to flee from stereotypes, and from the friendly and idyllic face of leadership; we want to show the reality. Because we want to show the future leaders of the sector that strength lies in beauty.
Have a coffee with us and enjoy a 45′ interactive webinar with the following women.
