As in every year, we will talk about the recent past of the cluster, upcoming activities, the strategic vision for the future and what path we should take as an entity together with all our members. The main decisions to be taken will be voted on.
The agenda of the Assembly will be:
- 09:30-10:00: Accreditation
- 10:00–12:30: Content development – ​​Ordinary General Assembly
- Welcome from the president
- Approval of the Board’s management and annual accounts for 2024
- Approval of the 2025 Budget
- Presentation of activities and projects for 2024 and those planned for 2025
- Presentation of membership registrations and deregistrations
- New positions on the Board of Directors
- Approval of 2026 fees
- Other issues, requests and questions
- Delegation of powers in favour of the Board to execute the agreements adopted
