As in every year, we will talk about the recent past of the cluster, upcoming activities, the strategic vision for the future and what path we should take as an entity together with all our members. The main decisions to be taken will be voted on.
The agenda of the Assembly will be:
09:30–10:00: Accreditations
10:00–12:30: Content development – Ordinary General Assembly
- Welcome by the Cluster president
- Approval of the Board’s management and 2024 annual accounts
- Approval of the 2025 budget of the entity
- Presentation of 2024 activities and 2025 plan and projects
- Presentation of new members and resignations
- Changes in the Board of Directors
- Changes in the Beauty Cluster team
- Change of the Beauty Cluster’s registered address
- Approval of the update of membership fees
- Other matters, requests and questions
- Delegation of powers to the Board to implement the adopted agreements
Afterwards we will enjoy a networking cocktail on the same rooftop of the hotel to connect with other members and with the Board of Directors and team of the entity: Cocktail registration
