For the fourth consecutive year, Beauty Cluster and Beauty Business School are creating a day aimed at the leaders of our beauty industry.
This year, the day has as its leitmotiv: “Beauty on the Move: Organizations that Flow and Grow.”
In an increasingly complex business world, organizations that evolve with agility and awareness are the ones that make the difference. This event is designed for People/HR teams and CEOs/General Management in the cosmetics, perfumery and personal care sector that are looking to transform their management model.
Inspired by the idea of the company as a living organism, we will explore how to apply principles of self-management, integrality and evolutionary purpose to turn companies into flexible and adaptive ecosystems.
