CONTENT
On Thursday 14 October, the Nanoday 2021 will be held in virtual format, co-organized by the Catalan Research Foundation (FCRI), ACCIÓ and the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with the Beauty Cluster and other sectoral clusters. The event will bring together the public and private sectors to talk about nanoscience and nanotechnology.
There will be a plenary session from 10:00a.m. to 12:00p.m. and then from 12:00p.m. to 13:00p.m., four round tables in parallel from the sectors of food, health, cosmetics and water cycle, will discuss challenges , success stories and the impact of nanotechnology in each area.
The round table on cosmetics, led by Beauty Cluster, will feature the participation of experts such as Dra. Maria pilar Vinardell, Professor of Physiology and head of the CEREX research group at the University of Barcelona and the participation of companies in the sector such as BASF, Lubrizol and Scent Emotions.
