REGISTRO GRATUITO Y EXCLUSIVO PARA SOCIOS DEL BEAUTY CLUSTER

Desde el Beauty Cluster, juntamente con ACCIÓ y Roots for Sustainability (R4S), se está impulsando el nuevo Programa de Entrenamiento en Valor Compartido, el cual persigue una doble finalidad:
- Investigar, identificar y desarrollar oportunidades de negocio de generación de valor compartido (económico, social y medioambiental) que puedan dar respuesta a problemáticas del sector.
- Capacitar a las empresas socias del cluster en la medición de los resultados sociales y medioambientales de su actividad empresarial y organizativa utilizando la herramienta de evaluación de impacto en B Corp. Si os interesa profundizar, podéis consultar la memòria de B Lab Spain 2021 o la web de B Corp Spain para entender los beneficios del estándard y sus herramientas.
Este proyecto destaca como iniciativa pionera y prioritaria de creación de valor para los miembros del cluster, la cual se enmarca en la apuesta de ACCIÓ por la estrategia de valor compartido y sostenibilidad corporativa como eje de mejora de la competitividad empresarial y desarrollo sostenible del tejido económico catalán.
Así pues, con el fin de que podáis conocer la estructura, los objetivos específicos y los beneficios esperados del proyecto, el próximo 21 de octubre de 10:00h a 11:30h se llevará a cabo una sesión online de lanzamiento con los siguientes objetivos:
- Bienvenida (5 min).
- Informar a los socios del Beauty Cluster de los conceptos clave del proyecto. En particular: Exponer y clarificar el concepto de valor compartido, sostenibilidad corporativa y el movimiento y el estandard B Corp. (20 min).
- Exponer los objetivos, la estructura de trabajo y los beneficios del proyecto. En particular: Revisar los principales objetivos y beneficios del proyecto para alinear expectativas y definir los principales intereses y “outputs” para los participantes en el proyecto. (30 min).
- Resolver dudas relacionadas con la participación en el proyecto. En particular: Aplicabilidad, cargas de trabajo en cada fase, apoyo por parte del cluster y el equipo consultor de R4S, outputs esperados, etc. (40 min).
- Cierre (5 min).
Os animamos a participar en la sesión para descubrir este nuevo programa, pionero a nivel cluster, para trabajar la sostenibilidad en vuestra organización y profundizar en la medición de vuestros impactos sociales y medioambientales.
Nota: A pesar de que la sesión no genera ningún compromiso de participación durante el resto del programa, será necesaria inscripción a la misma. Asimismo, si asistiere alguna empresa de fuera del terrirtorio catalán, la sesión se podrá impartir en castellano.

The Beauty Cluster, together with ACCIÓ and Roots for Sustainability (R4S), is promoting the new Shared Value Training Program, which has a dual purpose:

This project stands out as a pioneering and priority initiative to create value for the members of the cluster, which is part of ACCIÓ’s commitment to the strategy of shared value and corporate sustainability as an axis for improving business competitiveness and sustainable development of the economic fabric. Thus, in order for you to know the structure, specific objectives and expected benefits of the project, an online launch session will be held on October 21 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. with the following objectives:
- Welcome (5 minutes).
- Inform the members of the Beauty Cluster of the key concepts of the project. In particular: Expose and clarify the concept of shared value, corporate sustainability and the B Corp. movement and standard (20 min).
- Expose the objectives, the work structure and the benefits of the project. In particular: Review the main objectives and benefits of the project to align expectations and define the main interests and “outputs” for the project participants. (30 min).
- Solve doubts related to participation in the project. In particular: Applicability, workloads in each phase, support from the cluster and the R4S consulting team, expected outputs, etc. (40 minutes).
- Closing (5 min).
