CONTENT
The objective of this seminar is to give an overview of the claims that can be used in cosmetic products, complying with Regulation (EU) No. 655/2013 and with the technical document on claims of cosmetic products, and to be able to determine which of them comply with the law, are truthful, honest, impartial and are supported by the necessary evidence.

In addition to being an expert in the evaluation of the safety and information file of the cosmetic product and having a Master’s degree in Cosmetics and Dermopharmacy (CESIF), María López has a degree in Industrial Engineering, branch of Chemistry, from the Polytechnic University of Cartagena.
Since 2016 she has been dedicated to technical advice on the international regulatory framework for cosmetic products – Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 and Regulation (EU) No. 655/2013, among others, having given several talks and written articles related to this topic.
