The first online session will be: “Selfcare biocides: Registration and commercialization of antiseptic biocides”, given by professionals from the Ministry of Health and the Spanish Agency for Medicines and Health Products, and framed within the cycle of conferences on biocidal products that has been The Biocides Committee (BIOCOM) of the association for health self-care (anefp) is marching.

CONTENT
The objective of this first session is to know the main requirements and recommendations for the registration and maintenance of antiseptic biocides on the market, and to help the self-care industry in this process.
AGENDA
The session will be divided into two blocks:
Spanish Agency for Medicines and Health Products (AEMPS)
- Legislative framework of antiseptic biocides competence of the AEMPS
- Authorization procedure for healthy skin antiseptics, competence of the AEMPS
- Authorization procedure for sanitary surface disinfectant products
- Evaluation of effectiveness.
Ministry of Health
- Procedure for the authorization and registration of biocides competence of the General Directorate of Public Health: presentation of files, evaluation times, most frequent errors found and national measures.
- Authorization requirements for manufacturing and storage and marketing facilities.
