Next May 8 ACCIÓ organizes the second of the 5 sessions of strategic business change. This occasion the day will be centered in the case of the company Bella Aurora with its general director, Josep Maria Martínez Ribes; the professor of the IESE and author of the case, José Luis Nueno; and different managers interested to study a possible reflection in your company.
A few days before the day, the case will be sent to the registered ones and the questions to answer. On the day of the session, attendees have to arrive at 10 a.m. and will be divided into small teams of ten people to discuss the case for 30 minutes.
After a break that they can take advantage of for networking, all the participants will meet at the plenary session where the individual reflections will be put in common, both during the previous preparation, as well as those taken after the team meeting. At the end of the session, the professor will develop the conclusions drawn on the case.
