Hiper-customization: from the idea to concept

Barcelona, January 21, 2020. El BCB has organizated a workshop about how to customize the point of sale in beauty with innovative solutions. Innovation is present throughout the value chain, from business to the final product or service through internal processes, and carries a significant risk. There are different agile methods in organizations to perform innovation projects, in the session one of the best known has been used: design thinking. Various working groups have been created and the assistants, using this tool, have developed their value proposition using the Canvas model. The session has been combined with small information pills; demographic data, trends and real examples inside and outside the beauty sector.
