Data subjects have the right to request the modification of data concerning them that is inaccurate or incomplete. Likewise, the data subject has the right to request the erasure of their data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed, among other reasons set out in the law.
Data subjects may also request the restriction of the processing of their data when certain conditions set out by law are met. In this case, we will only retain the data for the exercise or defense of legal claims.
In relation to the above rights, Beauty Cluster will notify each recipient of any rectification, erasure of data, or restriction of processing, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort.
