Managing people has always been a complex task, which has been accentuated by the Covid19 crisis.
In these last two years there have been many changes and from Beauty Cluster, in collaboration with Proarcai and the Beauty Business School, we want to address certain #HRR issues and compare them with data we have from the Barometer that was conducted in early 2020.
