To be part of our R&D and Cosmetic Applications Team, we are looking for a Formulation and Development Scientist to join our team.

OUR FORMULATION AND DEVELOPMENT SCIENTIST WILL…
- Design and carry out the development of cosmetic active ingredients based in plant cell cultures.
- Develop new cosmetic formulations for promotion.
- Participate in the training of other departments within the company: sales, marketing, quality, production, others.
- Work in partnership with other R&D areas, production, sales, etc.
- Collaborate and give technical support to elaborate technical documentation of the product.
- Comply with the protocols of the Quality Assurance System relevant to the department.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- Experience of 1-2 years in a similar position is desired
- A degree in pharmacy, biotechnology, chemistry, microbiology, biology, or cosmetic sciences.
- Knowledge in stability studies and galenic development.
- Languages: Fluent English and Spanish.
- Ease to fluently work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Adaptable, organized, and ability to work autonomously.
