WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • A dynamic, organised and eager to learn person, who will be responsible for:
  • Managing logistical contact with our customers and distributors.
  • Receiving and managing orders.
  • Prepare and submit all documents in a timely and accurate manner and keep internal/external stakeholders informed of status (delivery notes and other logistics documentation).
  • Inventory management & stock control
  • Tracking of ongoing orders and proactive communication to internal teams.

WE WOULD LOVE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE:

  • Training in International Trade, Administration and Finance or similar (Degree or Higher Education).
  • High level of English (essential).
  • Knowledge of French (valuable).
  • Positive and proactive attitude, organisational skills and a desire to grow professionally.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Good knowledge of operational processes.
