The annual meeting of HR professionals from the beauty industry returns.
II Forum HR in Beauty summons those responsible for people management in the industry to what is the reference event in relation to its professionals and all the people who operate in it, with disruptive and innovative talks with a dynamic rhythm and a eminently practical sense.
From the Beauty Cluster and the Beauty Business School, we want to be by your side, serve as inspiration and help you face the challenges that have to do with your professionals with confidence and knowledge.
We flee from traditional HR forums to bring in speakers who provide a different point of view, connecting with the reality of those of us who work in the cosmetics and perfumery sector, and above all, creating a meeting point with other professionals in the area of people, HR, training, selection and/or development.
An event open to the entire sector, to which professionals in managerial positions (Management, CEOs, etc.) who care about their teams, who want to be at the side of the people department, and want to join the meeting are also invited.
On this occasion, various topics have been selected related to:
- Leadership in such uncertain times and digital environments
- The shortage of technical profiles
- The need to know each other in order to lead as a starting point to attract young talent
- Finding out what the new generations want in order to retain them
- The measurement of the mental health of our teams and good practices that can inspire us
- The future of HR in these moments of the emergence of AI
And we will take advantage of the fact that we will be together to make the official presentation of the e-learning platform of the BBS.
